NAFTA and Trade Preference Programs

Neville, Peterson LLP represents clients in matters arising under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and other trade preference programs. These include qualifying goods for NAFTA tariff preferences, ensuring compliance with the NAFTA Marking Rules, administration of the “NAFTA Drawback Program”, and dispute resolution procedures under NAFTA. The firm also assists clients in preparing for and defending NAFTA compliance audits conducted by the governments of the United States, Canada and Mexico.
